Spruce Goat (2oz)
An unusual ingredient is the star in this bright and mouth watering salami. We forage spruce tips as the tree buds in the spring: the young tips are citrusy and have a hint of rosemary. We pair them with fresh ginger, and a Belgian style ale from our friends at Giant Jones Brewery. Made with Wisconsin raised goats.
