Grill On!

Labor Day is a week away! We’ve got you covered for all of your long weekend grilling plans with a selection of five different smoked and fresh sausages: Underground Meats Butcher Brats, Hot Italian Sausage, Toulouse (French sausage often used in cassoulet - also great on the grill), Hazi Kolbasz (Hungarian paprika sausage), and our otherworldly All Beef Hot Dogs. The local delivery package (Madison area only) includes one pound of each of these sausages, totalling 5 pounds of savory sausages.

 

If you're not in the Madison area, you can still include some Underground Meats in your late summer plans. We paired three of our whole muscle cured meats (Bresola, Lomo, and Speck) with Mill Cove Baking Company's Every Thin Cracker in our collaborative box -- sent to your door via USPS. A perfect snack!
