We are very excited to announce a partnership with American Wine Project!

Started in 2019 by Wisconsin native Erin Rasmussen, AWP explores the complexities of cold-climate winemaking with midwestern grape varietals. For our first project together, we've infused our Finocchiona with her incredible Light Verse Piquette Blanche.

The results are amazing, lending its subtle floral notes and boosting the sweet side of the fennel seed in this classic Italian salami. Currently only available online.
