Our Curry Goat Salami is made with heritage, pasture-raised goats from our friends at Liberation Farmers in Almond, WI. We balance the lean, distinctive meat with a touch of heritage pasture-raised Driftless region pork and fatback from our partners at Wisco Pasturelands.
